In this unit, we will be learning about personal narratives. A personal narrative may be fiction or non-fiction. Some examples of personal narratives are: tall tales, folk tales, fables, scripts, or simply a personal story.

- telling your personal stories (sad, happy, serious, scary, exciting, etc.)
- reading lots of stories
- writing stories together
- asking people about their own stories
